Child Safety – 2 Day

For –

• Children under the age of 5 are not allowed.
• Children between the ages of 5 and 10
• Unattended minors are not allowed on the property. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian the entire time or through the allocated course of time. When minors are enrolled in a course, a parent or guardian must remain on site.

Overview: Students will learn firearm safety with the Eddie Eagle programme and spend time on the range with our instructors to experience an assortment of firearms. While on hikes, we explore and discuss survival skills and the need for food, water, and shelter, identifying landmarks, creating trail markers, animal tracks and dens, and predators and prey. Some other activities include archery, and time on our ropes complex, climbing the rock wall, crossing the Burma Bridge, and the obstacle course. Our goal is to give children an experience that is fun and can start them on the path of team-building and leadership skills.

Equipment List:

• PrairieFire provides all the equipment needed for the course.
• Comfortable clothing and shoes based on current weather conditions.
• Nutritious lunch and snacks (no candy, soda, or energy drinks).
• A hydration pack or reusable water bottle and the means to carry it
• No toys or important stuffed animals
